Meet the Designers and Their Work
Walpole British Luxury founded the Crafted mentoring programme in 2009 which supports designer-makers in developing their business skills and while also connecting luxury groups such as Mulberry with the newest generation of skilled designers and craftsmen.
Jessica Poole, one of F&L Designer Guides’ featured engagement ring designers, was amongst the designers who took part in Walpole and Vacheron Constantin’s very first ‘Crafted; The Makers of the Exceptional’ exhibition back in 2013.
The exhibition focuses on both the people and the products, and offers the opportunity to see live demonstrations and to meet the makers. The showcase is free and is a unique opportunity to see the story and the process behind each stage of the craft-making creative experience, from raw material to finished piece.
