I’m very curious to find out the inspiration behind this yellow engagement ring as I know Karlin strives to interweave personal symbols into her work. I adore this about her as I can imagine each piece of jewellery being a window into the soul of the wearer. Designers who bring a personal touch to their creative process definitely make the bespoke experience an unforgettable one.

To me this design would belong to someone glamorous who loves to make a statement.

The use of a yellow sapphire is very unusual and would definitely be an interesting conversation starter. The additional brown diamonds sneak in a hint of Karlin’s love of nature by introducing some beautiful earthy tones into the design. The brown complements this yellow engagement ring perfectly and makes the ring extremely eye-catching.

The use of a double ring band is something which I have seen in a number of Karlin’s designs. It adds a modern feel to them as the use of a large centre stone conjures up vintage motifs for me.

This design is certainly very intriguing and I would love to meet the client who was the inspiration for this stunning ring.
